"Staff was great. After many years I needed a new helmet and I was driving them crazy jumping from model to model. They were very informative and very patient with me. Definitely appreciate that.
What I didn't like is the fact that they were only allowed 8 customers at a time, which really leaves you out in the cold for about an hour. Think about a mom or dad going in to buy something with their two kids and four spots are taken up already. You know the kids are going to want to check out everything in the store while you're stuck waiting and waiting and waiting. That's my only complaint, but I know it's due to Covid. I sort of don't get why every other store in the area allows far more people per square foot."

"Usually in the past I’ve visited this location and it seemed as the store was unorganized and a bit messy. My recent visit has changed my earlier experience about this location. I was greeted and acknowledge when entering the store by very enthusiastic staff members. I was asked if I need any assistance not to long being in store. It was a good amount of timeframe before I was asked. I hate being attacked when entering a store and quickly being approached. The store was neatly organized and clean. The parts/oil I needed were in stock. So no problems there. During check out I was asked if there was anything I couldn’t find and etc. very considerate & professional staff. So overall it was a great visit and will be back again! "

"Jeremy is that Guy you go to when ever you need that item you saw on Cycle Gear website that shows out of stock that he can usually get, but not always. Cycle Gear in Hasbrouck Height, NJ is a bit small compared to the 2 other stores in the tri-state area but none the less the staff is always helpful to get you what you are looking for. I would have gave them 5 stars I am just disappointed when I see an item on Cycle Gears web site that it is not available in store. Other than that I will do business with Cycle Gear in Hasbrouck Heights,NJ in the future."
